Cauca is located in Southern Colombia where coffee is grown in fertile, volcanic soil. The Cordillera de Occidental, Central and Oriental (mountain ranges) offer unique climatic conditions that are incredibly favourable for high quality coffee! This blend of Castillo, Catarrh and Colombia varietals was selected from farmers in 17 municipalities

Delicious as a black coffee - espresso, pour over, French press etc. Add a dash of milk to preserve these amazing flavours; 

Soft acidity, round body, notes of dark chocolate, maple syrup and walnut, structured and clean aftertaste, well balanced.
